Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150 AUD and free standard international shipping over $200 USD.
How long does shipping take?

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress. You can also log into your customer account where it will display order tracking information.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day returns. For change of mind or wrong sizing we offer an exchange or store credit. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.

Yes! We offer 30-day exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
What if I change my mind about my purchase?
We understand that sometimes items don't work out as expected. For change of mind purchases, we offer 30-day exchanges or store credit. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Who pays for return/exchange shipping?
For change of mind returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. However, if your item is faulty or was sent in error, we will arrange and provide a return label at no cost to you.
We can only generate return labels for orders within Australia. International customers will need to arrange their own return shipping for all returns and exchanges.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my Modi The Label pieces?
Care instructions are included on the label of each garment. Generally, we recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash for our linen pieces, and following the specific care instructions for each item to maintain quality.

What if an item is out of stock?
Popular items do sell out quickly! Sign up for restock notifications on the product page, or follow our social media where we announce restocks and new arrivals first.
Do you do pre-orders?

How often do you release new collections?
We're currently working on expanding our collection schedule. Starting in 2026, we'll be launching 3 Autumn/Winter drops and 3 Spring/Summer drops throughout the year.
