30 DAY RETURNS POLICY

At Modi The Label, we aim to provide high quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review the information below regarding returns and refunds.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if an item is faulty, not as described, unsafe, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.


Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
β€’ Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
β€’ In original condition with tags attached
β€’ Returned with original packaging

Return Processing Time

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the item to be inspected and processed.

You will be notified via email once your return has been assessed and finalised.

Accepted Return Reasons

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

Change of mind or incorrect size returns are eligible for:
β€’ Store credit with a 36 month expiry
β€’ Exchange, subject to availability

Refunds are not issued for change of mind or incorrect size returns.


Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Faulty items are eligible for:
β€’ Refund
β€’ Replacement
β€’ Store credit

Remedies are provided in accordance with applicable consumer laws.


Sale Items

Items marked Sale, Final Sale, or Non Returnable are not eligible for change of mind returns.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees.


Return Process

  1. Submit your return request via our Returns Portal
    or email hello@modithelabel.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Once approved, pack the item securely with all original packaging

  3. Send your return to the address provided by our Customer Service Team

Return Shipping

β€’ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind or incorrect size returns
β€’ We recommend using a trackable shipping service
β€’ Original shipping fees are non refundable unless required by law

For faulty items, return shipping costs will be assessed in line with consumer law requirements.


Store Credit and Exchanges

Approved change of mind or incorrect size returns will be issued as:
β€’ Store credit with a 36 month expiry, or
β€’ Exchange, subject to availability

Store credit is issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.


Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
β€’ Sale or final sale items (unless faulty)
β€’ Items returned outside the 30 day window
β€’ Items that have been worn, washed or altered
β€’ Items without original tags or packaging
β€’ Items showing damage not related to a manufacturing fault


International Returns

β€’ International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties and taxes
β€’ Faulty international items may be returned for a refund, replacement or store credit following inspection
